Bryan Wilkie is the January Nursing Employee of the month at Stone County Medical Center (SCMC). He has worked at SCMC for one year and is currently working as a RN in the Emergency Department. Bryan’s work includes emergency patient care, including medication administration, assessments, praying with patients, educating them on their meds and home care, and giving treatments. He has also worked in Surgery Pre-Op and Recovery. Bryan is a great all around guy. He is always willing to assist by drawing blood or calming families in stressful situations. He truly cares for others and their well-being. He is a joy to work with and we constantly learn from him. When asked what he likes about working at SCMC, Bryan replied, “Being able to care for the people of Mountain View. My co-workers make the job great.”
Bryan has been married to wife, Tonya, for 17 years. They have lived in the Blue Sky area for five years. They have two children, Austin and Abigail. Bryan enjoys hunting, fishing and reading. He is also a Minister.
