The Stone County Medical Center Nursing Employee of the Month is Ashton Glenn, LPN. Ashton works on the acute nursing unit caring for patients. Ashton administers medications and provides care to make her patients more comfortable during their hospital stay. Ashton also helps out in the Emergency Department as needed.
Ashton is continuing her education and pursing a degree in Nursing and plans to become a Registered Nurse. Ashton enjoys the family environment at SCMC and all of her co-workers. She was chosen as the Employee of the Month for her attitude toward her patients and co-workers. Ashton is described as a capable and caring nurse. She is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done.
Ashton and her husband Keenan, are the parents of one son. She enjoys spending time with her family. When she isn’t working, she enjoys basketball, softball, and riding horses and 4-wheelers.
