The Stone County Medical Center Employee of the Month from a Support Services Department is Frances Webb. Frances is the SCMC Central Scheduling Coordinator. She has been with SCMC for two years.
As a Central Scheduling Coordinator, Frances assists patients with pre-registration and insurance pre-certification. She fills in when needed at the outpatient and emergency admissions desks.
“I love the family atmosphere and the emphasis on exceeding expectations,” says Frances.
Francis was chosen by the Medical Records and Information Systems Departments because she goes above and beyond her job duties, is always willing to take on new responsibilities, and has a friendly attitude toward patients and co-workers.
Frances and her husband, Wayne, live in Mountain View with two very spoiled dogs. She enjoys reading, watching TV and movies, painting, and crafts.
