At White River Medical
Center's Acute Inpatient
Rehabilitation, our staff's goal
is to assist patients in reaching
their highest level of functioning and return them to their
previous activities. Our team of experienced and
compassionate healthcare
professionals has the special
skills and training to assist
patients in becoming as independent as possible in their normal activities of daily living. Inpatient rehab staff treats neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and stroke patients.
All Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Units in the U.S. are licensed separately from the other hospital departments and have separate rules and regulations. The WRMC Rehabilitation Team ensures all patients are appropriate for the services they are receiving and that
all aspects of their care meet standards set by the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehab Facilities (CARF), Medicare Standards, and the Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services.
