White River Medical Center (WRMC), located in Batesville, Arkansas, is a 199 bed regional referral center and the flagship facility of White River Health System. Batesville is situated at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains on the banks of the White River. Stone County Medical Center (SCMC), located in Mountain View, Arkansas is a private not-for-profit regional healthcare provider. SCMC is a 25-bed critical access hospital serving Mountain View and the Stone County area, SCMC is an affiliate of White River Health System. The hospital’s Medical Staff includes nine physicians representing five medical specialties. The Mountain View community is a great place for fishing, hunting, sightseeing, and camping.
