The November Employee of the Month at White River Medical Center is JaLinda Haigwood, Inpatient Rehabilitation Therapy Tech. JaLinda was recognized for the Communication Standard. Her duties include helping patients dress for therapy and assisting them during therapy sessions. "It is rewarding to watch my patients get better every day," said JaLinda. JaLinda has been an employee at WRMC for 11 years and has also worked in Environmental Services and Acute Therapy.
JaLinda and Robert, her husband of 23 years have 3 children and are expecting their first grandchild in January.
