Prepared Parenting/Lamaze
In an interactive, varied program you will learn everything about childbirth; when to go to the hospital, the different stages of labor, what comfort measures to use, the characteristics of your newborn, bonding promotion and a tour through the WRMC Maternity Center. Enroll during the second half of your pregnancy.
