Long Term Care Facilities

We are dedicated to providing quality, compassionate nursing care to meet the needs of our residents.

Nestled in quiet settings of the beautiful Ozark Mountains, WRHS long-term care facilities offer our residents a warm, comfortable and secure place to live.

We offer 24-hour care to residents who are no longer able to live independently. Services include nutritious meals, housekeeping, laundry and personal care. Our residents enjoy social and recreational activities that allow them to maintain meaningful, fulfilling lives. Private and semi-private accommodations give our residents the opportunity to personalize their surroundings with cherished mementos and favorite possessions from home. Residents enjoy the cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

We also are licensed to provide skilled nursing care to individuals recovering from strokes, heart attacks, orthopaedic conditions and other illnesses or injuries. Our team of experienced professionals includes registered and licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, licensed therapists and therapy assistants. Under the direction of the Facility Medical Director and the resident’s personal physician our team provides skilled nursing care, physical, occupational and speech therapies.

Charges for nursing home care can vary depending on the kind of care a resident requires. Our nursing homes are licensed to accept Medicare and Medicaid if the resident qualifies for benefits. Our knowledgeable staff can help you understand how each of these programs work. If you would like to have a free guide to the benefits that are available under Medicare or Medicaid please give us a call and we will send it to you. Other options may include private insurance or payment from personal assets. We would be happy to answer any questions you might have about payment options.

We strive to create a place that you can trust to provide quality care in a safe, enjoyable atmosphere for you and your loved ones. We know the more you learn about our staff, the more you’ll want them to take care of your loved one’s nursing home needs. For more information about our long-term care division and the unique qualities of each of our facilities, please contact Dave Jarvis at 870-269-6269 or by email at djarvis@wrmc.com or contact one of our facilities directly.
