A memorial gift to the hospital offers a special way to express your sympathy and condolences, and honor gifts can be made for any and all occasions. An honor gift celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other occasions is a great way to show you remembered that person on his or her special day.
When you give an honor or memorial gift, the honoree or deceased’s family will receive an acknowledgment card. The card will not disclose the amount of your gift.
When sending memorial or honor gifts, note whether the gift is in memory or honor of someone and to whom we should send the acknowledgement card. Please give both the name and address. You will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible contribution.
