Verona Brown, M.D. is pleased to announce the addition of a new provider, a new Clinic name, and new location. Bobbi Sutterfield, Family Nurse Practitioner (APRN), will join Dr. Brown and Robin Kerr, APRN, at WRMC Primary Care Clinic at 413 Virginia Drive in Batesville August 22.

Sutterfield earned an Associates of Science in Nursing from Arkansas State University (ASU) in Jonesboro.  She continued her education at Arkansas Tech University in Russellville to receive a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.  She earned a Master of Science in Nursing from ASU.   She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.

Dr. Brown joined the Medical Staff of White River Medical Center in 1985.  She graduated from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Medical School.  She completed a Family Medicine Residency at UAMS Northeast St. Bernard’s Medical Center in Jonesboro and certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Kerr earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).  She is certified by the American Nurse Credentialing Center and licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing.

The Clinic participates in the national Comprehensive Primary Care Plus initiative to improve the health of patients while containing healthcare costs to more effectively managing chronic health conditions and encouraging wellness.

“I am excited to make the announced changes,” said Dr Brown. “I am confident this will enhance our ability to provide quality care for our patients.”

The office hours of WRMC Primary Care Clinic will be Monday thru Thursday, 7:00am to 5:00pm and Friday, 8:00am to Noon. To make an appointment, call (870) 612-3223.
