 CommHealth focuses on employee health risk assessment and health education needs. Our staff of trained healthcare professionals will travel to your worksite to provide a health screening opportunity for your employees.
Corporate Wellness Event Screening includes:
- Health Risk Assessment (survey)
- Cholesterol Testing (TC, HDL, LDL, TRG, GLU, TC/HDL Ratio)
- Glucose
- Blood Pressure
- Height & Weight
- Body Composition (BMI)
- Individual Health Report Card
- Brief Explanation of test results
- HbA1C (for known diabetics or fasting glucose of over 126)
- PSA (for men over 45 years old)
