More About Dr. Allen

My approach to treating patients

I believe that orthopaedic surgery is one of the most dynamic and exciting fields in medicine. It is an art and a science. How to blend personal care with technically proficient care is the goal of every good doctor. My heroes in medicine are the men and women who have mastered that combination. We will always try to take care of our patients as we would want to be taken care of ourselves. That, I think, is the best commitment our profession can make.

More About Dr. Angel

 My approach to treating patients

My approach to patient care begins with taking a history from my patients. I believe that by listening carefully, I can help formulate a plan with them that maximizes their musculoskeletal health.

I believe in keeping abreast of the newest technologies and applying these aggressively to patient care when indicated. I enjoy not only restoring a patient back to their previous level of functioning, but also to a higher level. This applies to athletes, weekend warriors, and the arthritic patient. I will always try to get a patient back to full function as quickly as possible. This means coordinating care with therapists and other professionals as needed.

I also take pride in being able to keep on the cutting edge and also providing care in an efficient way.

I believe in my profession and I try to help my patients live a more productive life by restoring function when it is altered by injury or disease.
