WRHS participates in a large number of commercial plans, PPOs, HMOs, and Workers' Compensation MCOs. Many of these are listed below. We are continually growing and adding other networks to provide regional care to area residents. WRHS will bill your health plan on your behalf, including Medicare and Medicaid, for payment of hospital services. However, it is important to remember that you are ultimately responsible for payment of your hospital bill.
Many insurance companies require proper authorization, pre-certification and/or referrals. It is your responsibility to know what your insurance company requires and to obtain the proper authorization. WRHS may ask you to pay any unmet deductibles, co-payments or other self-pay amounts that are due prior to the time of service or prior to discharge.
Financial Assistance Program
If you do not have health insurance or if you are experiencing financial difficulties paying your medical bills or you anticipate that you may not be able to pay your bill, WRHS offers a financial assistance and/or Charity Care program.
