January 2017 White River Medical Center Employee of the Month Reva Wells, RN

Reva Wells, RN, from Third Floor Central (3C), is the White River Medical Center (WRMC) January Employee of the Month as the representative of Demeanor. Reva is a part of the patient care team providing direct patient care to patients on the third floor. Reva also serves as the night Charge Nurse and as a preceptor for new employees. Reva’s co-workers describe her as very deserving and as a wonderful nurse. When asked what she enjoys most about her work, Reva replied, “I enjoy providing direct, bedside patient care.” Reva began her career at WRMC in 2009 and has also worked in the Observation, Progressive Care, and 4E Medical Surgical Units. She enjoys spending time with her two children and five grandchildren. Reva’s hobbies include sewing, gardening, boating, and trips to Branson, Missouri. The WRMC Employees of the Month are nominated by their peers for best demonstrating a PRIDE standard. The PRIDE standards are Prompt Service, Respect, Involved, Demeanor, and Environmental Focus.
