Stone County Primary Care Clinic Announces New Provider

Charles Adam Pearrow DO, Family Medicine, Stone County Primary Care Clinic, Mountain View, AR(Mountain View, Ark.)— Adam Pearrow, D.O., is now accepting patients at the Stone County Primary Care Clinic (SCPCC), located at 2202 E. Main Street, next to Stone County Medical Center (SCMC). He is a member of the Medical Staff at SCMC.

Dr. Pearrow provides comprehensive healthcare for individuals and/or families of all ages. As a Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), Dr. Pearrow works to not only diagnose patients, but teach about maintaining a healthy lifestyle, injury prevention, and disease prevention. Physicians with a D.O. generally focus on the whole body when treating medical conditions.

Dr. Pearrow earned a degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Lincoln Memorial University-Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine in Tennessee. He completed dual Residency in Family and Neuromusculoskeletal medicine through the Southampton Hospital Residency Program for Social Osteopathic Medicine in Southampton, New York.

He is a member of the American Academy of Osteopathy, the American Osteopathic Association, and the Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association.

“Family medicine gives me the opportunity to help patients in all stages of life,” he said. “I am excited about the opportunity to provide quality family care to patients in the Stone County area.”

Dr. Pearrow is an Arkansas native, and a graduate of Arkansas State University in Jonesboro.

“We are fortunate to have Dr. Pearrow on our staff,” said Stan Townsend, Administrator of SCMC. “His expertise will be very beneficial to area residents.”

Research shows patients who regularly see a primary care physician or a family doctor have better management of chronic diseases and lower overall healthcare costs. Many insurance providers, as well as coverage through Medicaid and Medicare, will cover certain health screenings and physical exams at little to no cost. The staff at the Stone County Primary Care Clinic includes Jodi Gibson, APRN; Amy Johnson, RN; Brittney Kendrick, LPN; Jerrika Davis, receptionist; and Kim Whitfield, receptionist. Clinic staff can be reached, and appointments can be made by calling 870-269-6495.

Clinic hours are 7:00am-5:30pm Monday through Thursday, and 7am-noon on Friday.
