White River Medical Center 2016 Employee of the Year - Curtis Mynatt

Curtis Mynatt, CNMT, BSRT (N), Nuclear Medicine Technologist/Supervisor, is the White River Medical Center 2016 Employee of the Year. He was the January Employee of the Month as the representative of Respect in the PRIDE (Personal Responsibility In Delivering Excellence) Standard. Employees were asked to select an overall Employee of the Year from the Employee of the Month winners. When asked what he enjoys most about working at WRMC, Curtis replied, “My patients and my co-workers. Listening and caring for each person gives me a sense of self-worth.” Curtis added, “I love it when I can make a patient smile. God has truly blessed me with this job.” The Employee of the Year was revealed at a dinner honoring Employees of the Month. Those honored include; Curtis Mynatt, Radiology; Erin Beth Hays, Pharmacy; Autumn Jones, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Kayla Ward, Wound Healing Center; Robert Cole, Information Systems, Rhonda Thompson, Senior Haven, Larry Henson, Information Systems; Josh McIntosh, Emergency Department; Lisa Brown, Environmental Services; Terri Brandon, Accounting; Sherry Spearman, Laboratory; and Betty Willette, The Stepping Stone. The WRMC Employees of the Month are nominated by their peers for best demonstrating a PRIDE standard. The PRIDE standards are Prompt Service, Respect, Involved, Demeanor, and Environmental Focus.
