Erickson Named Radiology Director

Greg Erickson, WRHS Director of Radiology(Batesville, Ark.)—Gary Bebow, CEO of White River Health System, is proud to announce that Greg Erickson has been named Director of Radiology at White River Medical Center in Batesville and at the WRMC Medical Complex in Cherokee Village.

As Director of Radiology, Erickson is responsible for overseeing operations of the Radiology Department, including clinical quality and documentation, staffing, scheduling, and patient and physician satisfaction. He has 15 years of experience in Radiology, including roles in management. He also served in the United States Navy for nine years and has experience in hospital administration.

“Greg has experience in many aspects of healthcare, in particular, Radiology,” said Bebow. “I look forward to seeing how he will use his experience to lead in his role as Radiology Director.”

In addition of the many years of experience in Radiology, Erickson graduated in the top 10% of his class as a Clinical Nuclear Medicine Technologist from the Naval School of Health Sciences in Bethesda, Maryland. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Campbell University in North Carolina.

“A large part of my responsibility centers around patient satisfaction,” said Erickson “I am excited to lead a team that is as passionate as I am in ensuring patients are well taken care of in our department.”

The WRMC Imaging Department has state of the art equipment and qualified staff providing services in Bone Density, Cardiac Electrophysiology, Cardiac and Vascular Interventional Lab, CT, Echocardiography, Digital Mammography, MRI, Non-Invasive Vascular Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and X-Ray.

The Outpatient Imaging Department at the WRMC Medical Complex in Cherokee Village offers Bone Density, CT, Digital Mammography, Ultrasound, and X-Ray.
