Stacy Wright, Trauma Services, is White River Medical Center’s September Employee of the Month. He was nominated for best demonstrating the WRHS Communication Standard. Stacy has been with the hospital eight years. As WRMC’s Trauma Program Coordinator, he facilitates treatment for trauma patients across the continuum of care. He rounds on patients admitted for injuries, oversees trauma quality statistics, and the trauma budget. Stacy also provides coverage as House Supervisor (House Charge) and assists with security as needed. Stacy represents the hospital on the Regional Trauma Board where he serves as Chair Elect and as the Regional Trauma Injury Prevention Chair. Stacy is also a member of WRMC’s Reward and Recognition Team.
Stacy likes the people he works with and the mission of WRMC. He feels making a difference in the healthcare of his community is very rewarding. He always recommends WRMC and its medical staff to people.
Stacy is married to Jacquelyn, a nurse on Fourth Floor, and they have two children. He enjoys golfing, hunting, fishing, coaching his son’s ball teams, and spending time at the family farm.
